Section 388-828-5200. When is a collateral contact a backup caregiver?

- A collateral contact is only a backup caregiver when:(1) He or she has been identified as an informal caregiver; and(2) He or she is available to provide assistance as an informal caregiver when other caregivers are unavailable.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and Title 71A RCW.
