Section 388-828-1480. Are there any exceptions allowing authorization of a DDD paid service prior to administering a DDD assessment?

During the year prior to July 2009, due to staff resources, DDD may authorize or reauthorize the following services before a DDD assessment is administered:

(1) Funding from the legislature that provides resources for services to be available by a certain date; or

(2) Emergency services as determined by DDD as critical to the client's health and safety.
