Section 388-828-1140. What will DDD do if there is no one willing to receive notice on your behalf regarding specific DDD decisions?

- If there is no one available to receive notice or correspondence on your behalf regarding specific DDD decisions, DDD will do all of the following:(1) Consult with the assistant attorney general to determine if:(a) You are able to represent yourself; or(b) You require a legal representative/guardian.(2) Continue current services until the issue is resolved per section (1) above.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030 and Title 71A RCW.
