Section 388-826-0060. Are there other services a child may receive in this program?

- In-home supports may be available to support a child in the parent's home. Approval of in-home support services is based on available funds. The criteria to receive in-home supports when there are available funds are:(1) Children whose current out of home placement disrupts and who are awaiting new out-of-home placements;(2) Children whose names are on the data base and whose parents have signed a "request for out-of-home placement."Service need level for in-home services are evaluated every six months and reviewed every ninety days thereafter. Any reduction in service or denial of services allows the child's family the right to appeal the decision under chapter 388-825 WAC.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.13.350.
