Section 388-825-625. What happens if I do not comply with the background check requirement?

- The department will deny, suspend or revoke your license, contract, certification, or authorization to care for individuals with a developmental disability, if you or someone working within your program who has unsupervised access does not comply with the department's requirement for a background check.[Statutory Authority: RCW 71A.12.030, 74.08.090.
