Section 388-78A-2960. Sewage and liquid waste disposal.

- The assisted living facility must:(1) Ensure that all sewage and waste water drain into a municipal sewage disposal system according to chapter 246-271 WAC, if available; or(2) Provide on-site sewage disposal systems designed, constructed, and maintained as required by chapters 246-272 and 173-240 WAC, and local ordinances.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 18.20 RCW.
