Section 388-76-10925. Disclosure of inspection and complaint investigation reports.

Latest version.

(1) The department will make copies available to the public, subject to applicable public disclosure and confidentiality requirements, of:

(a) Inspection and complaint investigation reports as soon as they are completed; and

(b) Any final written decision by the department to take an enforcement action.

(2) Upon request, the department will provide the public with copies of the home's plan of correction if a copy is available at the time of the request.
