Section 388-76-10565. Resident rights—Adult family home system for management of resident financial affairs.

- The adult family home that manages resident funds must:(1) Develop and maintain a system that assures a full, complete, and separate accounting of each resident's personal funds given to the home on the resident's behalf;(2) Ensure the:(a) System prevents resident funds from being mixed with the home's funds or with the funds of any person other than another resident; and(b) Individual financial record is available upon request to the resident.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.128.040 and chapters 70.128 and 74.34 RCW.
