Section 388-76-10520. Resident rights—General notice.

- The adult family home must:(1) Inform each resident both orally and in writing in a language the resident understands of resident rights, including rights under chapter 70.129 RCW and all rules and regulations governing resident conduct and responsibilities during the stay in the home;(2) Ask the resident to sign and date they received the information; and(3) Provide a statement indicating whether the adult family home will accept medicaid or other public funds as a source of payment for services.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.128.040.
