Section 388-76-10460. Medication—Negotiated care plan.

- The adult family home must ensure that each resident's negotiated care plan addresses:(1) The amount of medication assistance needed by each resident, including but not limited to:(a) The reasons why a resident needs that amount of medication assistance; and(b) When there is a need for the resident to have more than one type of medication assistance.(2) How the resident will get their medications when the resident is away from the home or when a family member or resident representative is assisting with medications is not available.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.128.040 and chapters 70.128 and 74.34 RCW.
