Section 388-76-10060. Application—Department orientation class—Required.

Latest version.

(1) An applicant or any person who has not held an adult family home license within the last twelve months must attend a department approved orientation class before receiving an application form; and

(2) If an applicant has not obtained an adult family home license within one calendar year of submitting the application to the department the applicant must attend department orientation again.
