Section 388-61A-0450. What are the requirements for providing clothing to clients residing in shelter?

Latest version.

(1) If an adult or child comes into shelter without adequate clothing, you must assist them with accessing clean, well-fitting clothing appropriate to the season, and the individual's age, gender and particular needs.

(2) Clothing that you provide must be clean and have been stored in a sanitary manner.

(3) Clothing that is provided to an individual becomes that person's personal property and must not be shared or retrieved from the client when they leave the shelter.
