Section 388-61A-0250. What are the requirements for domestic violence agencies?

In order for us to contract with an agency for domestic violence services, the agency must provide emergency shelter and supportive services to victims of domestic violence. The agency must comply with the:

(1) Supportive service and administrative standards for domestic violence agencies; and

(2) General facility standards for shelter homes and safe homes; and

(3) Additional standards for shelter homes; or

(4) Additional standards for safe homes.
