Section 388-60-0685. What action may the department take regarding a program's certification if a complaint is founded?

If the department determines that a complaint against a domestic violence perpetrator treatment program is founded, the department may:

(1) Revoke the treatment program's certification;

(2) Suspend the treatment program's certification; or

(3) Send a written warning to the treatment program.
