Section 388-460-0040. When does the department assign a protective payee assigned to TANF/SFA or PWA pregnant or parenting minors?

Pregnant or parenting minors who are not emancipated under court order must be assigned to protective payees if the clients are:

(1) Head of a household;

(2) Under age eighteen;

(3) Unmarried; and

(4) Pregnant or have a dependent child.
