Section 388-27-0105. When will the department, private practitioner, or child placing agency disclose required information?

- The department, private practitioner, or child placing agency must disclose available child and birth family medical and social background information prior to the finalization of an adoption. Disclosure may occur:(1) Prior to the placement of a child into an adoptive home; or(2) At the time when a placement is identified as an adoptive placement.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.13.031.
