Latest version.
  • If the division of child support (DCS) takes collection action against the inmate account of a noncustodial parent (NCP) who is an inmate of a department of corrections (DOC) facility, the NCP may contest the seizure of the inmate account in the same way an NCP could challenge a bank account seizure, as provided in WAC 388-14A-6200 through 388-14A-6215.
