Section 388-14A-5510. How does DCS serve a notice of retained support?

The division of child support (DCS) serves the notice of retained support on the person, firm, corporation, association, or political subdivision or any officer or agent thereof in the manner prescribed for the service of a summons in a civil action, or by certified mail, return receipt requested. The receipt is prima facie evidence of service.
