Section 388-145-1455. If I have health care staff, what qualifications are required?

- (1) If your program requires health care staff, they must:(a) Meet the full professional competency requirements in their respective field; and(b) Maintain their certification or licensure as required.(2) Applicants with current and active medical licenses or certificates (nurses, physicians and EMS personnel) may submit their licenses or certificates to satisfy the first aid and CPR requirement.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.15.010, 74.15.030, 74.15.040, 74.15.090, 74.13.031, and P.L. 113-183.
