Section 388-112-0320. Which trainings require department approval of the curriculum and instructor?

Latest version.

(1) Except for facility orientation training under WAC 388-112-0015(1) the department must preapprove the curriculum and instructors for all training required under this chapter.

(2) The nurse delegation core and diabetes training must use only the DSHS curriculum.

(3) Approval will be based on curriculum review, as described in WAC 388-112-0330.
