Section 388-112-0240. What are the documentation requirements for continuing education?

- (1) The adult family home or assisted living facility must maintain written documentation of department approved continuing education in the form of a certificate or transcript:(a) The name of the student;(b) The title of the training;(c) The number of hours of the training;(d) The assigned curriculum approval code;(e) The instructor's name and signature;(f) The name of the home or training entity giving the training; and(g) The date(s) of training.(2) The student must be given an original certificate or other documentation of continuing education. The adult family home or assisted living facility must keep a copy of the certificate or transcript on file as described in WAC 388-76-10198 (for adult family homes) and as described in WAC 388-78A-2450 (for assisted living facilities).[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.08.090, 74.09.520.
