Section 388-112-0207. When must a long-term care worker complete continuing education?

Latest version.

(1) Effective July 1, 2012, all long-term care workers must complete the continuing education requirements described in WAC 388-112-0205 by their birthday.

(2) For long-term care workers who are required to be certified, if the first renewal period is less than a full year from the date of certification, no continuing education will be due for the first renewal period.
