Section 388-107-1590. Emergency response teams.

(1) The enhanced services facility must have a plan in place to address emergency responses to behavioral crisis in order to protect the residents, staff and community.

(2) The enhanced services facility must develop a policy of emergency response notification, including after-hours notification. Subjects of notification may include:

(a) Law enforcement;

(b) Chemical dependency or mental health professional;

(c) Emergency medical personnel;

(d) Program administrator and supervisor;

(e) Resident's case manager; and

(f) Facility treatment team.
