Section 388-107-0170. Resident dignity and accommodation of needs.

- (1) The enhanced services facility must ensure that:(a) Resident care is provided in a manner to enhance each resident's dignity and quality of life including a safe, clean, comfortable and homelike environment, and to respect and recognize his or her individuality; and(b) Each resident's personal care needs and behavioral health treatment are provided in a manner that protects resident's dignity and privacy.(2) Each resident has the right to reasonable accommodation of personal needs and preferences, except when the health or safety of the individual, other residents, or members of the community would be endangered.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 70.97 RCW.
