Section 388-106-1465. Who can deny my New Freedom spending plan (NFSP)?

- Your plan can be denied by your New Freedom consultant, who assists NFCDS participants to develop and use a New Freedom spending plan to:(a) Address identified personal care, health and safety needs;(b) Develop options to meet those needs;(c) Make informed decisions about their individual budget; and(d) Obtain identified supports and services.[Statutory Authority: RCW 74.08.090 and 74.09.520.
