Section 388-106-1435. Who can direct New Freedom consumer directed services (NFCDS)?

You, as an NFCDS participant, direct your services. You may also designate, or a court may appoint, a representative to assist you in directing your services, or to direct your services on your behalf. A New Freedom designated representative cannot also be your paid provider.
