Section 388-101D-0465. Community protection—Approval.

- In order to provide support to community protection clients, the community protection service provider must, in addition to the other requirements in this chapter:(1) Be approved by the division of developmental disabilities to serve community protection clients;(2) Have security precautions reasonably available to enhance protection of neighbors, children, vulnerable adults, animals, and others;(3) Have for each client an integrated treatment plan with goals, objectives, and therapeutic interventions to assist the client to avoid offending or reoffending; and(4) Collaborate and coordinate between division of developmental disabilities staff, the treatment team, and community agencies and members.[WSR 16-14-058, recodified as § 388-101D-0465, filed 6/30/16, effective 8/1/16.
