Section 388-101D-0360. Psychoactive medication monitoring.

- The service provider must:(1) Monitor the client to help determine if the medication is effective based on criteria identified in the psychoactive medication treatment plan; and(2) Report to the prescribing professional when:(a) The medication does not appear to have the desired effects; and(b) Any changes in client behavior or health that might be adverse side effects of the medication(s).[WSR 16-14-058, recodified as § 388-101D-0360, filed 6/30/16, effective 8/1/16.
