Section 388-101-4185. Remedies—Circumstances resulting in enforcement remedies.

- The department may impose the enforcement remedies described in this chapter when the service provider:(1) Failed or refused to comply with the health and safety related requirements of this chapter, chapter 74.34 RCW or the rules adopted under these chapters;(2) Failed or refused to cooperate with the certification process;(3) Prevented or interfered with a certification, inspection, or complaint investigation by the department;(4) Failed to comply with any applicable requirements regarding vulnerable adults under chapter 74.34 RCW;(5) Knowingly, or with reason to know, made a false statement of material fact related to certification or contracting with the department, or in any matter under investigation by the department;(6) Failed to submit a plan of correction for approval by the department;(7) Failed to implement the plan or plans of correction or failed to make a correction imposed under WAC; or(8) Failed to cooperate with subsequent monitoring.
