Section 381-70-320. Subpoenas—Enforcement.

Upon application and for good cause shown, the board or the member conducting the hearing may seek judicial enforcement of subpoenas in accordance with RCW 9.95.120 through 9.95.125, issued to parties and which have not been quashed.
