Section 365-220-190. What is the annual management fee match?

The annual management fee match will be applied to individual trust accounts that are levied annual management fees in excess of two percent of the account balance. This match will be applied at a rate of one dollar for each dollar the annual management fee exceeds two percent of the account balance. This match only applies when two percent of the account balance is greater than the minimum annual management fee.

The annual management fee match may be earned prior to vesting but may not be spent prior to vesting. Matching funds allocated for this purpose will not count against the beneficiary's maximum annual or lifetime match.
