Section 365-220-060. Who is eligible to be a beneficiary in the trust fund?

Individuals are eligible to be beneficiaries if they meet two conditions at the time of enrollment:

(1) Beneficiaries must reside in Washington state; and

(2) Must meet the definition of developmental disability in RCW 71A.10.020(3).
