Section 365-210-050. Examination—Failure—Retaking.

The examination shall only include topics covered in the training program. In order to pass the examination, applicants must answer 70% of the questions correctly. An applicant who fails the examination shall be permitted to retake the training course and/or the examination as often as is necessary to secure a passing rate of 70%.
