Section 357-58-305. When does a WMS employee attain permanent status?

Latest version.

Upon successful completion of the review period, the employee will attain permanent status in the position. If a review period is not required in Title 357 WAC and the employer chooses to not require a review period the employee will attain permanent status upon appointment.
