Section 357-52-180. How is a hearing officer's recommended decision served?

The hearing officer must provide the recommended decision to the board, to the employer, to the appellant, and to the appellant's representative (if any). The copies to the employer, appellant, and appellant's representative must be sent by certified mail with a return receipt requested.
