Section 357-49-0154. What actions will the director or designee perform once the request for a director's review is received?

Once the request for a director's review is received, the director or designee will send acknowledgment including:

(1) Case number;

(2) Instructions on how to prepare and submit the exhibits;

(3) Information on how to expedite the allocation review process; and

(4) Any additional information needed.
