Section 352-37-250. Games or activities.

Latest version.

Playing games and/or engaging in activities in a manner and/or location which subjects people or personal property, resources or facilities in the seashore conservation area to risk of injury or damage shall be prohibited. Any violation of this section is an infraction under chapter 7.84 RCW.
