- Disorderly conduct, or conduct with the intent to intimidate or obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic, or which otherwise impedes or disturbs state park employees or volunteers in the performance of their duties, or which impedes or disturbs the general public in the use and enjoyment of state park areas, is prohibited.Any violation of this section is an infraction under chapter 7.84 RCW.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 79A.05 RCW.
