Section 342-10-310. Maintenance of EIS available register.

Latest version.

The commission shall maintain an EIS available register at its SEPA public information center. Said register shall be in the charge of the commission's public records officer, and it shall be available for public inspections and copying in compliance with WAC 342-10-090.
