Section 332-20-340. Sale of grazing and other low priority lands—Objective.

- It is the objective of the department of natural resources in the management of public lands used primarily for grazing and similar low priority purposes to:(1) Obtain the greatest possible monetary return for the trust to which such land is assigned, consistent with good management practices.(2) Encourage the development of such lands for their highest and best use.[Resolution No. 79, § 1, filed 10/5/67.]
