Section 332-20-220. Grazing permits—Fees—Annual adjustments.

  • A fee will be charged for the grazing of all livestock on state lands. The grazing fee will be determined by use of a formula indicated below. The fees so established shall be adjusted annually by relation to market prices of livestock for the previous year. Further adjustments in the formula may be made by the department as additional information or changing conditions require.
    For purposes of unit equivalent per animal, the following ratios will apply:
