Section 332-18-01004. Denial of an application for a reclamation permit.

The department may refuse to issue a reclamation permit or revised reclamation permit only if the applicant:

(1) Fails to provide a complete application;

(2) Provides a proposal that the department determines should be denied pursuant to RCW 43.21C.060 and WAC 332-41-665; or

(3) Is not in compliance with an order or notice of the department.
