Section 332-14-180. Plan of development/operation/reclamation—Coal mining lease.

The successful bidder for a coal mining lease pursuant to RCW 79.01.672 shall submit a plan for mining to include a fully detailed plan for orderly development and extraction of coal and reclamation of the premises. The plan will be used as a basis for SEPA analysis and evaluation of environmental impacts.
