Section 332-12-440. Use of the premises.

Latest version.

A lessee may use the lease premises as provided in the lease and the approved plan of operations, subject to existing rights and payments as otherwise provided. Such uses shall be those reasonably necessary for the exploration, operation, and production of oil and gas. All other uses shall require separate leases.
