Section 326-20-220. Resubmission of applications.

- (1) A business which withdraws its application, is denied certification, or has been decertified, may be required to submit a new application or to submit additional documentation if there has been a substantial change in ownership, control, or organization of the business. However, no business may file more than two applications in any calendar year.(2) A business which makes a change in ownership, control, or organization of the business after denial or decertification is not entitled to appeal the denial or decertification on the basis of that change.
