Section 326-20-115. Signatures of applicant business owners.

- An application for certification must be signed under oath by all individuals claiming an ownership interest in the business regardless of the structure of the applicant business. Upon written request, the office may accept the affidavit of a corporate officer or other designated representative, identifying the stockholders or owners by sex and race, and providing such other information as the office may require.
