All communications with the commission including but not limited to the submission of materials pertaining to its operations and/or the administration enforcement of chapter 42.56 RCW; requests for copies of the commission's decisions and other matters, shall be addressed as follows: c/o Public Records Officer, Commission on Hispanic Affairs, 210 11th Avenue S.W., Suite 301A, Olympia, WA 98504-0924.
