Section 315-35-040. Prizes for Daily Keno.

- (1) The prize amounts to be paid to each Daily Keno player who selects a winning combination of numbers shall be as follows:(2) The holder of a winning ticket may win only one prize per play in connection with the winning numbers drawn and shall be entitled only to the highest prize won by those numbers.(3) In the event any player who holds a winning ticket does not claim the prize won within one hundred eighty days of the drawing in which the prize was won, that player's prize shall be retained in the state lottery account for further use as prizes, pursuant to RCW 67.70.190.(4) There shall be no more than $500,000 paid per game to holders of plays with ten matching spots. If there are more than five plays which each have ten matching spots, $500,000 shall be divided equally among the play holders thereof.(5) Prize payment will be made in accordance with WAC 315-30-030(6).[Statutory Authority: RCW 67.70.040.
