Section 314-55-230. What are the procedures the WSLCB will use to destroy or donate marijuana, usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products to law enforcement?

- (1) The WSLCB may require a marijuana licensee to destroy marijuana, usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products found in a licensed establishment to be in excess of product limits set forth in WAC 314-55-075, 314-55-077, and 314-55-079.(2) Destruction of seized marijuana, usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, marijuana-infused products, or confiscated marijuana after case adjudication, will conform with the WSLCB evidence policies, to include the option of donating marijuana, usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products, set for destruction, to local and state law enforcement agencies for training purposes only.(3) Marijuana, usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products set for destruction shall not reenter the traceability system or market place.
