- (1) Each public storage warehouse shall keep full and complete records showing:(a) All spirits received for storage; and(b) All removals and exportations.(2) Records shall be preserved for three years, all bills of lading or certified copies thereof.[Statutory Authority: RCW 66.08.030 and 66.08.050.
